Steve Setchfield
Investment Advisor
Prior to owning an independent investment advisory service. Steve spent seven years at Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Kemper Securities. In 1996 Setchfield Associates was formed as an independent registered investment advisor. Our independence allows us to offer you an unbiased objective approach to serving your investment needs. At Setchfield Associates we provide a comprehensive approach to wealth management. Steve utilizes a disciplined strategy that covers the thirteen wealth management issues that are important for our clients to address.
At Setchfield Associates, we have no obligation to sell proprietary products or services, so we can be openly selective in offering only those investment products and services that are best suited to meet your financial goals. And our professional affiliations allow you access to experts in the areas of asset management, estate planning, taxes, and alternative investments for accredited investors.
Steve is a Colorado native and enjoys skiing and other outdoor activities. Over the past several years he has been a volunteer Big Brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Colorado and an assistant wresting coach in the Cherry Creek School System. In 2003, Steve was a living kidney donor to his uncle who was suffering from Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Steve is a Certified Wealth Strategist.
Ariel Livaudais
Sales Assistant
Ariel Livaudais has recently joined Setchfield Associates as a Sales Assistant. She started working in the financial industry when she moved to New York City in 2008. At that time she worked for a mutual fund research company named Strategic Insight doing data entry and research. Using the experience she gained with that company and the education she has received in business school, Ariel continues to advance her career. While in NYC, Ariel also started her own successful home services business that exercised her business knowledge and expertise.
Now back home in Denver, Ariel is focused on rebuilding her business and applying those skills and experience to Setchfield Associates and its valued clients. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors in any way she can, spending time with her two teenage sons and scuba diving.
